CHIMNEY PIPE OVERHEATED BOILER SMOKE PIPES MAY HAVE BEEN SOOTED AND/OR FAN SPEED LEVEL MAY HAVE BEEN SET HIGH CLEAN THE SMOKE PIPES OF THE BOILER.CHECK THE CHIMNEY CLAPE. DECREASE THE FAN SPEED LEVEL
SMOKE COMING FROM THE FEEDER CHIMNEY MAY HAVE BEEN BLOCKED OR ITS DRAUGHT MAY HAVE BEEN DECREASED. FAN AIR CHANNELS, BOILER INNER AIR CHANNELS AND BURNING POT HOLES MAY BE BLOCKED. FAN SPEED MAY BE LOW. LOWER AIR MAY BE DIRECTED TO SECONDARY AIR HOSE CHECK THE CHIMNEY AND MAKE IT CLEANED EVERY YEAR. USE DRY AND HIGH-QUALITY FUEL. DIRECT MORE AIR TO SECONDARY AIR HOSE AND INCREASE FAN SPEED LEVEL.
CIRCULATION PUMP IS NOT WORKING OR WORKING WITHOUT CIRCULATING THE WATER BOILER TEMPRATURE MAY NOT HAVE EXCEEDED 35 °C YET. PUMP BY-PASS VALVE MAY BE LEFT ON. AIR MAY BE IN THE SYSTEM. ELECTRONIC CARD MAY BE MALFUNCTIONING. CHECK THE BOILER TEMPRATURE. CHECK THE BY-PASS LINE VALVE. GET THE SYSTEM AIR OUT.
REDUCER MOTOR IS NOT FUNCTIONING OR HIGH VOLTAGE ALERT IS ON SHAFT MAY HAVE BEEN JAMMED. CLAMP CONNECTIONS OF MOTOR CABLE MAY BE LOOSE. THERMIC OR ELECTRICAL FUSE MAY BE IN EFFECT. MOTOR MAY BE OUT OF ORDER. DETACH THE SHAFT AND INSTALL BACK. ADD FUEL WITHOUT TAKING THE SIEVE OF THE BUNKER. CHECK THE SOCKET CONNECTIONS. CHECK THE TERMIC AND THE FUSE.
FUEL DEPLETED SIGN IS LIT THIS ALARM IS LIT WHEN THE FUEL IS DEPLETED OR THE FIRE IS OUT. IF THE ALARM APPEARS WHEN THERE IS FUEL INSIDE, THE FAN AIR SETTINGS AND WAITING-FEEDING TIMING MAY NOT BE APPROPRIATE. FEED WITH FUEL AND FIRST SWITCH OFF, THEN SWITCH ON THE CONTROL PANEL. CHECK ALL SETTINGS.
FAN IS NOT FUNCTIONING ITS SOCKET MAY HAVE BEEN LOOSE OR DETACHED. FAN MOTOR MAY BE BROKEN. ELECTRONIC CARD MAY BE OUT OF ORDER. MECHANICAL LIMIT THERMOSTAT MAY BE ON. CALL AUTHORIZED TECHNICAL SEVICE.
NO LIGHT OR NO WRITINGS ARE SEEN ON THE SCREEN FUSE MAY BE ON. ELECTRONIC CARD MAY BE BROKEN. CALL AUTHORIZED TECHNICAL SEVICE.
REDUCER DOES NOT FUNCTION ACCORDING TO SET PERIODS CONTROL PANEL SETTINGS MAY HAVE BEEN FAILED OR CONTROL PANEL MAY BE BROKEN. CHANGE CONTROL PANEL SETTINGS TO DEFAULT AND CHECK AGAIN. IF THE PROBLEM IS STILL THERE, CALL AUTHORIZED TECHNICAL SEVICE.
BURNING IS NOT WELL AND BOILER HEAT IS NOT INCREASING YOU MAY BE USING LOW FUEL WITH LOW CALORIE. BOILER HEAT CAPACITY MAY BE LOWER THAN IT SHOULD BE FOR THE CURRENT SYSTEM. THERE MAY BE HEAT LOSSES. USE FUEL WITH HIGH QUALITY AND CALORIE, CHECK THE SETTINGS. MAKE THE CURRENT INSTALLATION’S TOTAL RADIATOR RUNNING METER, BOILER CAPACITY, HEAT LOSS CHECKED BY AN AUTHORIZED TECHNICAL SERVICE. CLEAN THE BOILER MORE OFTEN. ISOLATE THE CHIMNEY. REDUCE THE FAN SPEED.
BOILER TEMPRATURE CANNOT REACH OR REACH GET VERY LATE IN REACHING TO THE SET TEMPRATURE FUEL CALORIE VALUE CAN BE LOW. WAITING PERIOD MAY BE LONGER, FEEDING PERIOD MAY BE SHORTER THAN IT SHOULD BE. ELECTRICITY IS CUT-OFF WHEN THE BOILER IS WORKING AND TEMPRATURE IS GETTING HIGHER. PUMP DOES NOT WORK BECAUSE OF THE POWER CUT-OFF IF THERE ARE NO UNINTERPRETTED POWER SOURCE, CANNOT CIRCULATE THE WATER, AND MAKES THE BOILER INCREASE HEAT TO WATER BOILING DEGREES. MECHANICAL LIMIT THERMOSTAT IS ON AUTOMATICALLY. THE EXCEEDED AIR PRESSURE IS DIRECTED TO SAFETY DEPOT IN ORDER TO BALANCE THE BOILER INNER PRESSURE. ALSO, WATER COMES OUT FROM RUNNER PIPE. TAKE THE BURNING FUEL CAREFULLY OUT OF THE BOILER. PREVENT HEAT INCREASE BY CLOSING CHIMNEY CLAMPS AND FRONT DOORS, PREVENTING FRESH AIR INPUT. OPEN PUMP BY-PASS VALVE AND WAIT FOR THE TEMPRATURE TO FALL. CHECK SYSTEM WATER PRESSURE AFTER THE TEMPRATURE FALL, TAKE THE AIR OUT IF ANY IN THE SYSTEM, THEN START THE BOILER IN A CONTROLLED MANNER.
BOILER HEAT IS RAISING VERY RAPIDLY. CIRCULLATION PUMP MAY NOT BE ON. THERE MAY BE AIR IN THE INSTALLATION. PUMP BY-PASS VALVE MAY HAVE BEEN LEFT OPEN. TAKE THE SYSTEM AIR OUT. CHECK THE PUMP. CLOSE THE BY-PASS VENT IF IT IS OPEN.
SMOKE IS LEAKING OUT FROM SMOKE CHAMBER CLEANING DOOR GASKETS MAY BE WORN. FINGER NUTS MAY NOT BEEN TIGHTEN PROPERLY. RENEW THE GASKETS. TIGHTEN THE NUTS. MAINTAIN THE SEALING.
FAN STOPS AFTER THE SET TEMPRATURE IS REACHED, BUT THE TEMPRATURE CONTINUE TO RAISE FRESH AIR INPUT MAY BE CONTINUING. CHIMNEY MAY BE DRAUGHTING MORE THAN NORMAL REDUCE THE FAN INHALE CLAMP AND CHIMNEY CLAMP. DO NOT OPERATE THE BOILER WITH OPEN DOORS.
SMOKE IS LEAKING OUT FROM THE FRONT DOORS. CHIMNEY MAY BE CLOGGED OR ITS DROUGHT MAY BE DECREASED. INNER AIR CHANNELS OF THE BOILER MAY BE CLOGGED. DOOR SEALS MAY BE WORN. DOOR MAY BE DEFORMED. CLEAN THE CHIMNEY AND THE BOILER INNER SURFACE MORE OFTENLY. CHECK THE SEALS AND THE DOORS.
BOILER IS LEAKING WATER AND MANOMETER PRESSURE IS DROPPING DOWN. THERE MAY BE INSTALLATION CONNECTION PROBLEM. OR, INNER BOILER PARTS MAY BE PUNCTURED. CALL AUTHORIZED TECHNICAL SEVICE.
FRONT DOORS ARE HEATING EXCESSIVELY AND DEFORMING. THE FIRE SHIELD INSIDE THE DOOR AND INNER ISOLATION REFLECTOR ITEM MAY BE DEFORMED. THE BURNING MAY HAPPEN VERY CLOSE TO THE DOOR. DO NOT PUT EXCESSIVE FUEL INTO BOILER. MAINTAIN THE BURNING AS FAR AS CAN BE FROM THE DOOR. CALL AUTHORIZED TECHNICAL SEVICE.
THE BURNED FUEL TURN INTO SLAG RATHER THAN ASH. SLAG IS CARBONIZED FORM OF COAL WITHOUT PROPERLY BURNING. FUEL QUALITY MAY BE LOW. FAN SPEED LEVEL MAY BE HIGH OR BOILER AIR CHANNELS AND CHIMNEY ARE CLOGGED SO THEY CANNOT EXHAUST THE BURNED GAS AND EFFECTING THE BURNING IN A NEGATIVE WAY. USE HIGH QUALITY FUEL. REDUCE THE FAN SPEED. CLEAN THE INNER BOILER AND CHIMNEY PERIODICALLY.
SWEATING AND PITCHING HAPPENS IN SMOKE PIPES CHIMNEY DRAUGHT MAY NOT BE GOOD. THE BOILER MAY HAVE BEEN OPERATING UNDER LOW TEMRATURE FOR A LONG TIME. CHIMNEY MAY NOT BE ISOLATED. FUEL WITH INTENSE RESIN WOOD, NYLON OR PLASTIC MAY BE USED. CHECK THE CHIMNEY DRAUGHT. ISOLATE THE CHIMNEY. USE HIGH QUALITY AND CALORIE FUEL
A DISTIRBING WATER NOISE IS COMING FROM BOILER INSIDE AIR MAY BE IN THE INSTALLATION. TAKE THE AIR OUT FROM THE INSTALLATION.

FUEL MAY BE JAMMED AT THE BOTTOM OF THE FUEL CHAMBER WHERE IT MEETS THE FEEDING SHAFT. LIQUID FUEL MAY BE POURED INTO THE CHAMBER. DO NOT USE WET OR HUMUFIED FUEL DEFINITELY. UNLOAD AND CLEAN THE FUEL CHAMBER IF POSSIBLE. IF NOT, AFTER SWITCHING THE REDUCE MOTOR OFF, PUNCH THE JAMMING AT THE BOTTOM BY A WOODEN FROM ABOVE.
SMOKE IS LEAKING FROM CHIMNEY CONNECTIONS CHIMNEY MAY BE JAMMED. THERE MAY BE LOOSE CONNECTIONS OR SPACES ON CONNECTION POINTS. RECOILING MAY HAPPEN IN STRONG WIND CONDITIONS. CLEAN THE CHIMNEY REGULARLY. IF NOT PRESENT, ISOLATE IT TO PREVENT HEAT LOSS. WRAP THE CONNECTION POINTS WITH HEAT PERSUENT ALIMINUM TAPES. FIX APROPRIATE CHIMNEY EQUIPMENT AGAINST RECOILING.
